Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages.
Assign duties to waiters and helpers during shifts.
Train and guide staff on service standards, etiquette, and menu knowledge.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain daily service logs and report to Restaurant Manager.
