Supervise and guide stewards and service staff during operations.
Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
Take food & beverage orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
Coordinate table reservations, seating, and turnover to maximize efficiency.
Train new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area before and after service.
Ensure all safety, hygiene, and restaurant policies are followed at all times.
Support management in daily opening and closing procedures.
