Restaurant Service Staff - Hotel Rainbird, Port Blair

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in restaurant service or hospitality industry. Excellent

communication and guest-handling skills

. Must be

well-groomed, polite, and professional

in behavior. Ability to

take orders, write KOTs

, and coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff. Strong understanding of

service techniques

and dining etiquette. Fluent in

Hindi and English

Bengali

preferred. Team player with

positive attitude

and commitment to excellent service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to guests with courtesy and professionalism. Take accurate

food and beverage orders

and ensure timely service.

Write KOTs

and coordinate closely with the kitchen and billing staff. Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and hygiene in the restaurant. Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints gracefully. Support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours. Ensure high standards of hospitality and service at all times.
