Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Manage guest seating, table arrangements, and reservations.
Provide exceptional fine-dining service, including menu knowledge, wine pairing, and course-wise serving.
Handle bar service coordination -- cocktails, mocktails, pouring standards, and beverage upselling.
Train and guide service staff (stewards/commis).
Address guest queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Monitor order accuracy, table turnover, and service speed.
Maintain hygiene, service standards, and grooming guidelines.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management team for seamless operations.
Assist with billing, POS handling, and cash management when required.
Skills & Requirements:
2-4 years' experience as Captain or Senior Steward in fine-dining restaurants.
Good knowledge of
F&B service, bar menu, cocktails, and wine
.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to lead a team under pressure.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Ready for rotational shifts.
