Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a polite and friendly manner
Take orders accurately and process billing/cash handling
Prepare food items as per brand recipes and standards
Ensure cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and kitchen
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints
Support team members during peak hours
Maintain stock levels and inform supervisor of shortages
