Kish Hospitality Consultant is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxury cafe in Margao, South Goa. As a renowned hospitality consultancy firm, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and execute innovative drink menus, featuring a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and wines.

2. Train and lead the Restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service standards, product knowledge, and adherence to recipes and beverage preparation techniques.

3. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests and team members, promoting a culture of professionalism, respect, and teamwork.

4. Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently, placing orders and monitoring supplies to ensure optimal stock and minimal waste.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and beverages.

6. Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the bar.

7. Stay updated on emerging trends in mixology, craft cocktails, and the beverage industry.

8. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to create food and beverage pairings and develop innovative promotions and events.

9. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements pertaining to the bar operation.

10. Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and waste, to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:-

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.

- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, and current industry trends.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

- Experience in menu development and creating signature cocktails.

- Familiarity with inventory management software and POS systems.

- Knowledge of local and international wines, spirits, and cocktails.

- Understanding of health and safety regulations as they pertain to the bar operation.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- A degree or Diploma certification in Hospitality Management, Mixology is preferred.
