About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Restaurant Operations & Admin Executive
to support the backend operations of U.S.-based Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) such as
Subway
and
Baskin Robbins
. This full-time, remote position is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate reporting, and effective team communication across multiple outlets.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Management
Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
Collaborate with operations managers on weekly labor planning and budgeting.
Maintain updated staff rosters and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Payroll & Cost Control
Process payroll accurately and on schedule, adhering to U.S. labor laws.
Monitor food and labor costs and report deviations from standard budgets.
Maintain detailed attendance and payroll records.
Employee Training & Access
Manage employee access to training platforms (e.g., University of Subway, Baskin Robbins).
Set up and maintain accounts, ensuring all staff have required training access.
Team Communication
Manage internal team communication tools (e.g., GroupMe).
Distribute key operational and franchise updates to the appropriate teams.
Menu & Pricing Updates
Update digital menus and pricing through systems like Menu Manager.
Conduct competitor research to support pricing strategy decisions.
Delivery Platform Management
Oversee listings on third-party platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.
Ensure menu accuracy, product availability, and pricing compliance.
Operational & Technical Support
Use remote desktop tools like AnyDesk to assist store staff with systems.
Support stores during health inspections and other evaluations.
Ensure completion of pre- and post-inspection checklists.
Customer Review Monitoring
Track and respond to customer reviews to maintain positive brand reputation.
Address negative feedback promptly and constructively.
CCTV & Compliance Monitoring
Monitor CCTV footage to assess employee productivity and adherence to procedures.
Inventory & Ordering Support
Assist with inventory tracking and reordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
Recruitment Assistance
Help with resume screening, interview coordination, and salary discussions.
General Admin Support
Perform administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of restaurant operations.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role (preferably in food service or retail).
Bachelor's in business related field.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and workforce scheduling tools.
Familiarity with platforms like Menu Manager, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and online training portals.
Experience with remote access tools (e.g., AnyDesk).
Strong communication and time management skills.
Knowledge of U.S. labor regulations and payroll (preferred).
Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours (CST time zone).
High-speed internet connection and dedicated, quiet workspace are mandatory.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAY TO SATURDAY 8AM TO 5PM CST.
