Job Description

:

oPerforming day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

oReconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted and posted.

oPays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, processed electronic transfers.

oAssist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.

oKnowledge of processing international payments.

oKnowledge of Exchange Gain/loss accounting.

oKnowledge about settling Foreign Travel claims.

oExecute Vendor, Customer, Credit Card and Bank Reconciliation.

oAssist in month end closure activity.

oMonitor Tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.

oPrepare the data for GSTR 1 and 3B return and ETDS Data quarterly.

oPrepare Sales invoice and followup with customer for payments.

Your background:

oBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

o1-2 years of experience in restaurant accounting.

oUnderstanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.

oSound knowledge about GST & Income Tax.

oProficiency with Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.

oGood communication.

oAccounting software and ERP systems like Tally. In case knows Zoho has added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
