Location: Magarpatta Pentagon Tower 2, Hadapsar Pune.

Shift: 10.30am to 7.30 pm.

Office - Daily office and 5days a week.

:

? Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording

accounts payable data.

? Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted and

posted.

? Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, processed

electronic transfers.

? Min 6 months experience in Hotel / restaurant accounting.

? Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.

? Assist in month end closure activity.

? Monitor Tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.

? Prepare the data for GSTR 1 and 3B return and ETDS Data quarterly.

? Prepare Sales invoice and follow up with customer for payments.

? Accounting software and ERP systems like Tally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
