Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our products and services in international and domestic markets.Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other platforms.- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage potential clients.- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target industries.- Work closely with the marketing team to execute joint sales and marketing campaigns.- Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.- Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and outcomes to the leadership team.- Adapt to flexible working hours, including alignment with US time zones, when required.Reqirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, AI, or software solutions.- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written).- Comfort with working across international markets (USA, Middle East, India).- Proficiency with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms).- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
