Summary: As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, you will ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your typical day will involve designing and deploying Responsible AI solutions, aligning AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership to your team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and advocating for the adoption of ethical AI practices across the organization. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will work to create a culture of responsibility in AI development and implementation, ensuring that all projects adhere to established ethical standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities -Design and implement end-to-end solutions using IBM IIDR (CDC) for real-time data replication. -Configure, monitor, and optimize CDC agents, subscriptions, and replication flows. -Work independently with the client team to understand requirements, propose solutions, and drive implementation activities. -Troubleshoot replication issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide resolutions in a timely manner. -Support integration of CDC processes with downstream systems, including cloud platforms, data lakes, and analytics systems. -Prepare design documents, configuration guides, and operational runbooks as needed. -Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DBA, Infra, Architects, DevOps) to support the deployment lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience -Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR) and Change Data Capture (CDC). -Proven track record of implementing and managing real-time data replication pipelines. -Deep understanding of relational databases such as DB2 and Postgress. -Experience with configuration, tuning, and performance optimization of CDC environments. -Ability to work independently and directly with client stakeholders with minimal supervision. -Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling production or near-production CDC workloads. -Excellent communication and documentation skills. -Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS) Nice-to-Have -Experience integrating CDC outputs with ETL/ELT workflows, Kafka, or real-time streaming systems. -Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, data migration, and modernization programs.
