Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Team Lead with strong architectural and backend engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will lead a team working on AI Refinery, synthetic data generation, and reality-capture workflows while designing scalable backend systems that seamlessly integrate AI/ML models with high-performance data pipelines. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead and mentor a team of AI and backend engineers working on synthetic data generation and reality capture solutions. -Design and maintain scalable system architecture for AI applications and 3D data processing workflows. -Maintain, enhance, and modernize existing systems built on AI Refinery. -Architect, develop, and manage backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI to orchestrate complex data-generation tasks. -Work with SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Databases to handle 3D assets, embeddings, and large-scale data structures. -Integrate AI/ML models into production-grade backend systems for automated annotation, rendering, and 3D content generation. -Ensure system security, scalability, and performance for data-intensive AI and reality-capture workflows. -Drive code quality through reviews, standards, and engineering best practices. -Collaborate with product, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure successful deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills -Strong proficiency in Python and backend development using FastAPI. -Proven experience in System Design and Solution Architecture. -Experience leading and mentoring technical teams. -Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and VectorDB technologies. -Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems. Good-to-Have Skills -Familiarity with AI Refinery or similar AI data platforms. -Understanding of 3D pipelines, synthetic data generation, or reality capture processes. -Experience working with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, containerization). Additional Information: -Primary Skill: Artificial Intelligence (AI) -This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven platforms. -Exposure to 3D, simulation, or reality capture technologies is beneficial but not mandatory. -This position is based at our Bengaluru office. -A 15 years full time education is required.
