Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree AND

8-12 years experience in product/project/program management and software development

• 5+ years experience designing and shipping complex products for developers, machine learning professionals, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning and/or AI
• Product leadership and Impact:
• Manage execution for Enterprise AI products including Responsible AI, MLOps platform, LLM platforms from product definition and planning through production, release and end of life
• Identify the roadmap for the product along with key features that need to be developed and are market relevant
• Work and accomplish goals with moderate level of guidance and direction
• Thinks creative ways to solve problems
• Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working day to day with Scrum teams to clarify requirements to meet design requirements as needed
• Ensure user stories are \'ready\'
• Product strategy and go to market
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategy; translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Own product leadership strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.
• Serve as central resource with design, process, test, quality and marketing as the products move to production and distribution.
• Explore areas of risks and identify compliances the product has to adhere to address various regulations across geographies; and create plan to drive it through implementation teams
• Customer Experience and Market orientation
• Define requirements by leveraging usability studies, business and product usage data, external industry trends and metrics to generate insights.
• Understand competitors and the market to help identify new insights / features / partnerships / acquisitions.
• Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholder and align all development activity with business goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, quality, legal, accounting on the development of product, positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collaterals, quality gates to ensure business and product objectives are achieved.
