Job Title: Response Centre Analyst : Job Functions:
\xef\x82\xb7 Work directly with clients through phone, email, chat, and ticket management (Jira Core) system
to resolve incidents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor alerts from various service and infrastructure monitoring systems (Splunk, Nagios,
AppNeta, and Check_mk).
\xef\x82\xb7 Respond to issues of all sizes, from major outages to minor alerts, conduct initial triage and
resolve or reach out as needed.
\xef\x82\xb7 Incident coordination, including sending alerts to other technical operations teams based on the
size and scope of incidents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Acquire and maintain knowledge of all components of the Interactions platform.
Required Skills & Experience:
\xef\x82\xb7 1 year of platform monitoring experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 1 year of help desk experience.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands:
\xef\x82\xb7 May require up to 10% travel
\xef\x82\xb7 Within Interactions\xe2\x80\x99 offices, the working environment is generally favourable. Lighting and
temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by
noise, dust, etc. Standard office equipment is available. \xef\x82\xb7 Employees working remotely are responsible for ensuring their workspaces are safe and
conducive to work. Employees must adhere to Interactions\xe2\x80\x99 remote worker policies and
guidelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit or stand for long periods,
use hands and fingers for typing, and to handle computer controls. Phone usage is also required.
