Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Respiratory Therapist

with 3 to 5 years of proven expertise in respiratory care. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and operating sophisticated pulmonary care equipment, delivering high-quality respiratory therapy, and supporting critical care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform respiratory therapy procedures including airway management, mechanical ventilation, and oxygen therapy. Conduct Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) and assist in Bronchoscopy and Sleep Study labs. Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety. Collaborate closely with pulmonologists, critical care teams, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and treatment plans. Document all treatments, procedures, and patient progress accurately. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent qualification. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume Pulmonology or Critical Care setting. Proficiency in operating advanced respiratory equipment and managing life-support systems. Strong knowledge of pulmonary diagnostics, including PFT, Bronchoscopy, and Sleep Study procedures. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
