Role Overview:



The Resource Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity at the site. This role ensures that the workforce is properly deployed, work is executed as per timelines, and resources (manpower, tools, and materials) are utilized efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage daily activities of workers (helpers, welders, fitters, technicians, etc.). Allocate manpower across different tasks as per project/site requirements. Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, and ensure proper shift management. Coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager regarding daily work targets and deployment. Ensure workers follow safety protocols and company/site guidelines. Maintain records of workers, tools, and equipment usage. Handle worker-related issues and escalate major concerns to management. Support in training new workers on site discipline, safety, and basic work instructions. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding working hours, wages, and accommodation. Assist in evaluating manpower performance and reporting to management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Graduate (preferred), or relevant experience in site supervision. 3-7 years of experience in manpower/resource supervision (construction, MEP, or related industry preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to handle worker grievances and maintain discipline. Knowledge of attendance and overtime tracking. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of safety norms at project sites.

Working Conditions:



Site-based role; requires flexibility to work extended hours if required. Coordination with multiple teams, contractors, and workers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Proper utilization of manpower with minimal idle hours. Timely attendance and accurate reporting of workforce. Reduction in worker absenteeism and attrition. Compliance with safety and discipline standards.

Pay: ₹204,805.86 - ₹428,766.18 per year
