Role: Resource Person -Livelihood (Entitlements), Chhattisgarh & Jharkhand
Location: Dharamjaygarh/Raigarh (Chhattisgarh), Simdega/Gumla (Jharkhand)
Experience: 3-10 years | Salary: Up to 5-8.4 LPA

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional to help communities access government schemes related to farming, agriculture, and livelihoods. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and communication skills to work closely with communities and government departments to ensure the effective delivery of these schemes.
The Resource Person will support the Livelihood Initiative of the Field Institute in two main capacities:

• Integrating livelihood operations at the sub-district/district level.
• Providing thematic support to field teams in multiple locations across Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.

This includes:

• Facilitating project formulation.
• Providing technical guidance during implementation.
• Tracking quality and progress.
• Mobilizing program finances.
• Coordinating with stakeholders.
• Conducting thematic studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement beyond the community level (block, district, and state).
• Build the capacity of field teams around the entitlements theme.
• Develop thematic projects and facilitate their rollout.
• Lead content development work for the initiative.
• Contribute to field-based pilots, track results, and document new evidence.

Eligibility:

• Masters Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• OR
• Bachelors Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Experience working in the central tribal belt region on the theme of entitlements is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with a local language being an added advantage.
