Role Summary:
Responsible for
end-to-end fundraising
(CSR, grants, crowdfunding, individual donors),
volunteer coordination
, and supporting
communication & branding initiatives
across VIDYA's programs and the Discovery & Innovation Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CSR partnerships, donor relations, proposals, and reporting
Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities
Coordinate corporate and individual volunteering initiatives
Support communication content, impact stories, and branding materials
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in NGO fundraising/donor relations
Strong proposal writing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives
