Resource Network Coordinator (Field Work)

About the Role:

We are seeking a

proactive and practical individual

with working knowledge or keen interest in

copper, aluminium, brass, or other non-ferrous metals

. The ideal candidate should understand or be willing to learn the

metal trade at the ground level

, develop strong market relationships, and help expand our

customer and supplier network

.

If you know how the metal market works -- who buys, who sells, and where the material flows -- this role is made for you.

Our

backend office team

will provide full support for coordination, documentation, and communication, allowing you to focus on

building the network and driving growth

.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Visiting

scrap yards, traders, recyclers, and foundries

across different regions.

Building and maintaining relationships with

buyers, suppliers, and industrial customers

.

Identifying potential customers for

recycled brass, copper, and aluminium

.

Understanding

market prices, material quality, and trade dynamics

.

Gathering samples and sharing

market insights

with management.

Monitoring

local metal flows, pricing trends, and competitor activities

.

Supporting the establishment of a

steady supply chain and customer base

for recycling operations.

Preferred Skills & Qualities & Background

Understanding of the

brass, copper, and aluminium market

, or good local network with

traders, recyclers, or kabadiwalas

.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Practical experience

and

market knowledge

preferred over formal education -- though education will not be ignored.

Must be

honest, hardworking, and self-driven

, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Comfortable with

field engagement and travel

as per the company's dynamic business requirements.

Experience in

metal scrap trading

,

non-ferrous recycling

, or

industrial material supply

.

Exposure to

foundries, smelters, or recycling facilities

.

Knowledge of

metal pricing trends, buyer requirements, and trade practices

.
