Position Title:

Resource Mobilization & CSR Manager

Reporting:

CEO and President

Education:

Masters degree in Social Work, communications, journalism, public relations or related field.

:We are seeking a skilled Resource Mobilization CSR professional to lead our efforts in securing funding and resources from corporate partners, foundations, and government agencies. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and manage CSR initiatives. Who Should Apply This role is strictly for core fundraising & CSR professionals. We are looking for candidates who have direct experience in raising funds, building CSR partnerships, and managing donor relationships. This position is not for Project Managers or Program Managers whose primary experience is in project implementation, operations, reporting, or field management. Applicants must have hands-on experience in fundraising, CSR proposal pitching, donor engagement, and partnership development. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute resource mobilization strategies.2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and government agencies.3. Negotiate and manage CSR partnerships.4. Identify and pursue new funding opportunities.5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Requirements:1. Minimum 5 years of experience in resource mobilization, CSR, or any other method of fundraising.2. Proven track record of securing funding and resources.3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with existing contacts in the CSR sector.4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
