Job Description

1. Project Staffing: Ensure right staffing at sites, monitoring manpower at critical sites (both workmen and supervisory), developing labour camps to augment the capacity (as applicable).


2. Execution Productivity: Ensure timely release of Work Orders and release / revise Standard rates for all trades. Implement modern construction equipment at all sites for execution efficiency.

3. Skilling: Foreman Cadre building, up-skilling the Project associates with Business handling programs, supervisory training to improve execution skills and workmen training. Productivity programs for Project associates & supervisors. and role adherence trainings for all FTEs

4. Project Associate Profitability: Monitor billing / workmen and Project associate payout process to ensure efficient cashflow & profitability

5. Enhance PA Productivity by increasing billing per workmen ratio

6. Improve execution productivity as measured by VA / delivery manpower cost

7. Improve overall PA Satisfaction Score.
