Source and attract candidates using various channels including job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary screening of candidates via phone calls to assess qualifications and interest.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely interview feedback and status updates.
Provide consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, or related field).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
