Job Description



Role and Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and build on the project plan complete with risks and scenario plans.
  • Manage all tracking and reporting related to the project ensuring that stakeholders receive timely and accurate reports.
  • Manage large sets of resource data.
  • Track hiring for all roles and ensure Knowledge transfer is tracked for Permanent hires.
  • Keep up to date log of all joiners and leavers to ensure this is done in line with forecast.
  • Support Senior Business Manager in area for all activities relating to resources.


Ideal Candidate
  • Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies and how these relate to optimum organisational design.
  • Strong data management skills with the ability to think clearly about how metadata should be structured to capture the right data necessary to tell the story of the project.
  • Organised and methodical approach to planning including having clear documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communications
  • Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in workforce planning.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a dynamic organisation.
  • Advanced ability to use Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Happy to pick-up extra slack and respond to time-sensitive ad-hoc asks without concern.
