We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven sales manager to join our team. Responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, is preferred. Join us in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Job Purpose
Be responsible for the Resort Sales - Bookings (offline) and Events
Key areas of responsibility
1. Create network of offline Travel Agents via contracts. Provide agent incentive plans and support agents in bookings
2. Generate sales of direct group bookings, corporate bookings, events, weddings, etc
3. Support client upto arrival and for events to be engaged in the overall proceedings
4. Maintain MIS for daily call reports and sales tracking
Skill-set required
1. Highly motivated, Goal-oriented executive with a proven track record of achieving targets.
2. Candidates who have handled CORPORATE ACCOUNTS & TRAVEL AGENTS on their own, We looking for Individual performers only.
3. MS-Word, Email Marketing, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)
Owning a 2-wheeler is mandatory
