Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Resort Manager to oversee daily operations at a luxury five-star resort and restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, seamless interdepartmental coordination, and adherence to the highest hospitality standards.Kerala ,Tamilnadu ,Karnadaka luxury five-star resort and restaurant base

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day resort operations, ensuring consistent five-star guest service standards. Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Recreation departments to ensure smooth operations. Address and resolve guest concerns and escalations promptly and professionally.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in resort operations, preferably within a five-star or luxury hospitality environment. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking capabilities. Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate across multiple departments. Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
