About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Resort Manager

to lead the pre-opening and overall operations of our upcoming property,

Joyful Resort

, under

Sila Leisure

. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

pre-opening planning and execution

-- recruitment, setup, vendor coordination, and operational readiness. Manage all

departments

(Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, HR, and Finance). Ensure

exceptional guest satisfaction

through personalized service and efficient problem-solving. Develop and implement

SOPs, budgets, and cost-control measures

. Drive

revenue growth

through effective marketing, pricing, and guest engagement strategies. Maintain

statutory compliance

and health & safety standards. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold the resort's brand standards. Liaise with corporate management and provide regular performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Diploma in

Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration

. Proven experience as a

Resort/Hotel Manager

(pre-opening experience highly preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple departments efficiently. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
