Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service, staff performance, and facility maintenance while optimizing profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and recreational activities. Ensure excellent guest service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor financial performance including budgets, occupancy rates, and expenses. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for resort needs. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and ambiance of the resort. Develop marketing strategies to boost resort visibility and bookings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in hotel or resort management. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
