Job Title: Resort Manager
Job Summary
The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and profitability of the resort. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient daily operations, staff performance, and compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, recreation, and guest services
Guest Experience
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints or special requests professionally
Staff Management
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate resort staff
Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels
Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented work environment
Strategic Planning
Develop short- and long-term operational goals
Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
Report performance results to owners or senior management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Fresher or Minimum one year experienced is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
