About the Venue:
We are a boutique beach resort with a
healthy vegetarian restaurant
and yoga offerings, set in a serene, natural environment. We aim to provide guests with a seamless, warm, and professional hospitality experience, combining comfort, wellness, and conscious living.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Resort Manager to oversee
front-desk operations, guest services, and administrative functions
. The manager will work closely with the restaurant team and resort owners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle
check-in/check-out
, including room tours
Manage
guest payments, billing, and receipts for the rooms, the yoga classes and the restaurant.
Issue invoices to clients
as required
Coordinate with the
restaurant team
regarding guest requirements and billing
Receive and manage
providers, deliveries, and invoices.
Attend to
walking-in guests
, phone calls, and email inquiries
Oversee
online bookings
, including Booking.com, the resort website, and other platforms
Maintain accurate
reservation records and administrative documentation
Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews
Support the owners in operational planning and guest experience improvements
Ensure smooth coordination between
front desk, restaurant, and other resort areas
Property & Operations Oversight:
Act as the
reference person for the entire property
, ensuring that all areas (rooms, restaurant, yoga shala, common areas, and gardens) are functioning properly
Proactively manage and solve problems: call the right provider or staff if there is an issue with the garden, rooms, yoga shala, maintenance, or restaurant
Keep a clear and
conscious overview of the property's needs and details
Work
closely with the owners
, providing them peace of mind that daily operations are managed efficiently and reliably
Be the
hands-on coordinator
who ensures that all parts of the resort run in harmony
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience
in hospitality management or a similar role
Education in
Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields
Strong knowledge of
booking systems, payment handling, invoicing, and front-desk procedures
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Professional, proactive, and organized with the ability to multitask
Experience in wellness, yoga, or health-focused resorts is a plus
