Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and brand consistency.
Lead and motivate department heads and staff across all areas including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Build strong guest relations and handle any escalated concerns or feedback with professionalism and promptness.
Drive marketing, promotional, and sales initiatives in coordination with internal teams or external partners.
Recruit, train, and evaluate resort staff to maintain a motivated, skilled, and service-oriented team.
Maintain supplier relationships, manage procurement, and oversee inventory control across departments.
Regularly review guest feedback and market trends to continuously improve resort offerings and guest satisfaction.
Represent the resort in networking events, tourism associations, and local community initiatives.
