Pre-opening phase - The candidate will be responsible for the entire setup, operational readiness, and successful launch of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening Phase:
Oversee
entire pre-opening operations
, including recruitment, training, procurement, and setting up standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with Sardar Projects, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of construction and handover.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to design
pre-opening promotional campaigns
.
Finalize
operational budgets, pricing strategies, and service standards
.
Operations Management (Post Opening):
Manage day-to-day resort operations, ensuring
exceptional guest experiences
.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service.
Supervise
restaurant operations
, menu planning (in coordination with chefs), and F&B cost control.
Implement strong
revenue management and cost-control measures
.
Ensure compliance with all
legal, health, and safety regulations
.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a
Resort/Hotel Manager
, with at least 1 years in a
pre-opening role
preferred.
Strong knowledge of
hospitality standards
and
villa/resort operations
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage
P&L, budgeting, and operational strategies
.
Graduate/PG in Hospitality Management preferred.
