The General Manager acts as the primary strategic business leader of the property with full responsibility for all aspects of hotel operations.
This includes overseeing property performance, revenue generation, sales and marketing strategy, guest experience, financial results, and team development.
The General Manager leads the Executive Committee and department heads to:

Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
Option 1:
2-year degree (Business Administration, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or related field)
8 years of management experience across operations, sales, marketing, or related areas
OR
Option 2:
4-year bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or related field)
6 years of management experience across operations, sales, marketing, or related areas
Core Responsibilities
Managing Property Operations:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring consistent delivery of service standards
Implement Agreen Hotels' service vision and operational strategies
Conduct regular property walkthroughs to monitor quality, maintenance, and guest satisfaction
Ensure all departments are aligned with company policies, safety, and service expectations
Financial and Revenue Management:
Develop and manage budgets for all departments
Monitor financial reports to achieve targeted profitability
Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize rates and occupancy
Initiate cost control strategies without compromising guest satisfaction
Sales, Marketing, and Community Engagement:
Lead the development and execution of property-specific sales and marketing strategies
Actively participate in community and business events to build strong local partnerships
Leverage the Agreen Hotels brand to maximize market presence and guest loyalty
Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
Leadership and Talent Development:
Inspire and lead a high-performing team with a focus on professional growth and excellence
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions
Foster an inclusive and respectful workplace environment
Ensure all associates embody Agreen Hotels' service and sustainability values
Owner and Stakeholder Relations:
Maintain strong, transparent communication with ownership and key stakeholders
