The Resort Caretake is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a resort, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service and enjoy their stay. This role demands a blend of administrative acumen, people management skills, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the resort.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Communicate professionally with guests and owners.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Oversee property maintenance and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in resort management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
