Roles & Responsibilities:
Airbnb & Resort Booking Management:
Oversee bookings for service apartments and resorts, ensuring seamless check-ins/outs, cleanliness, and guest experiences.
Booking Coordination & Software Management:
Manage reservations across platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), update rates, availability, and promotions.
Maintenance Coordination:
Ensure timely repairs and regular inspections to maintain top-quality facilities and safety standards.
Inventory & Purchasing:
Manage stock levels for cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables; negotiate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Marketing & Sales:
Execute digital and offline marketing strategies, manage social media, and attract new customers to increase bookings.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Convert leads into bookings through personalized service and negotiations on rates/packages.
Customer Feedback & Satisfaction:
Collect and address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement suggestions for improvement.
Channel Partner & Rate Management:
Maintain accurate listings on partner sites, manage rate parity, and adjust pricing for optimal occupancy.
