Responsibilities:
Own and deliver revenue, bookings, and unit sales targets across multiple residential projects.
Drive high sales velocity, faster inventory liquidation, and superior closure ratios.
Lead, push, and scale large on-site and channel sales teams with strong accountability.
Ensure strong individual contribution in addition to team performance.
Execute pricing, schemes, and go-to-market strategies to outperform competition.
Build and dominate channel partner networks to maximize market penetration.
Track pipeline rigorously--leads, site visits, conversions, and collections.
Provide sharp market intelligence and competitive insights to management.
Screening Criteria (All Roles)
Handled multiple residential projects with ticket size ?2 Cr+
Strong individual revenue contribution, 100-150+ units sold in the past year.
Smart, confident, with good English communication skills.
