Residential High Rise Building Projects

Location: Chennai Perumbakkam

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential high-rise projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and Channel partners.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the residential real estate sector.

Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to align sales efforts with project timelines and deliverables.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Represent BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, specifically in residential high-rise building projects.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and construction industry.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
