Job Title: Residential Sales Manger - Lighting & Home Automation

We are seeking a driven and experienced Residential Sales Executive/Manager to spearhead business development for high-end lighting controls and home automation solutions in the luxury residential segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in premium product sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals with high-value clients, including architects, interior designers, and property developers.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and affluent homeowners.
? Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
? Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
? Identify new market opportunities and track competitor activities.
Requirements:
? Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 3-7 years of sales experience in premium lighting, home automation, or related luxury product segments.
? Strong network within the architecture and interior design community.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Willingness to travel as per business needs (travel is required).
? Age under 40 years.
Compensation & Benefits:
? CTC in the pay band of 75,000/- to 125,000/-, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
? Performance bonus as an extra incentive apart from salary.
? No relocation charges provided.
Work Details:
? Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
? Joining Timeline: As per candidate's notice period.
