We are seeking a driven and experienced Residential Sales Executive/Manager to spearhead business development for high-end lighting controls and home automation solutions in the luxury residential segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in premium product sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals with high-value clients, including architects, interior designers, and property developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and affluent homeowners.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Identify new market opportunities and track competitor activities.
Requirements:
Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 3-7 years of sales experience in premium lighting, home automation, or related luxury product segments.
Strong network within the architecture and interior design community.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as per business needs (travel is required).
Age under 40 years.
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC in the pay band of 75,000/- to 125,000/-, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Performance bonus as an extra incentive apart from salary.
No relocation charges provided.
Work Details:
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Joining Timeline: As per candidate's notice period.
