Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales activities for residential HVAC products, including air conditioning systems, chillers, ducting, and ventilation equipment.
Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and product recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, projects, and service) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and work on expanding existing client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategy.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely closure and execution.
Ensure proper handover to project and service teams and support after-sales coordination when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of proven experience in residential HVAC sales or solution engineering.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, split systems, ducting, and ventilation.
Experience in handling residential projects such as apartments, villas, and housing societies.
