Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
Manage the daily operations of assigned properties.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
Tenant/Owner Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Ensure lease agreements, renewals, and terminations are handled efficiently.
Financial Management
Monitor rent collection, deposits, and arrears.
Prepare and manage property budgets, operating expenses, and revenue reports.
Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
Leasing & Marketing
Support leasing efforts to ensure high occupancy rates.
Assist in property marketing campaigns, tenant acquisition, and retention strategies.
Maintain up-to-date listings and property portfolios.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with local property laws, regulations, and housing standards.
Maintain accurate records, agreements, and documentation.
Generate regular performance and operational reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). - with 2+ experience - freshers can also apply.
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in real estate operations.
Strong knowledge of property management software, real estate regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage on-site staff/vendors.
