Key Responsibilities
Manage daily maintenance and smooth functioning of all assigned properties
Ensure proper operation of utilities (water, electricity, plumbing, etc.)
Supervise housekeeping and security staff; monitor attendance and discipline
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
Ensure availability of cleaning materials and maintain inventory records
Support arrangements for events/functions as per management instructions
Monitor safety, security, and emergency protocols
Share daily updates and escalate urgent issues promptly
Be available beyond office hours for emergencies when required
Key Requirements
Experience in property/facility management preferred
Strong coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills
Flexible and dependable, with emergency-handling capability
