About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Residential Operations Manager

to oversee the daily operations of a private family home. This role ensures the residence runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while supporting the family's lifestyle and household needs.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate household staff. Ensure the home is consistently clean, organized, and well-presented. Oversee housekeeping routines, laundry services, and seasonal deep-cleaning. Manage inventories, household supplies, and purchasing. Arrange and track home maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits. Maintain household manuals, schedules, and operational records. Assist with special projects, events, and family needs as required.

Requirements



Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in private household or luxury hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Tech-savvy; familiarity with smart home systems is an advantage. Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications



Background in estate management or high-end hospitality. Any Graduation Driver's license and reliable transportation
