Administer medications safely and on schedule
Monitor residents' physical and mental health
Perform nursing assessments and vital signs checks
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
Maintain accurate medical records and nursing notes
Monitor changes in residents' conditions and report to physicians
Assist residents with daily living activities (as needed)
