Residential Hostel Wardens (Male & Female)
to manage hostel operations and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hostel operations, discipline, and student welfare
Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in hostel premises
Supervise hostel staff and manage attendance/records
Handle student concerns, emergencies, and parent coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of routines (wake-up, study hours, meals, lights-off)
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
2-5 years of experience preferred (freshers with good discipline may apply)
Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
Must be willing to stay on campus full-time
