Job Description

Patient Care & Monitoring

Assess and monitor the health of residents regularly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental conditions. Provide wound care, catheter care, and other medical interventions as needed.

Support with Daily Living Activities

Assist residents with hygiene, dressing, mobility, and eating when necessary. Ensure residents are comfortable, clean, and well-nourished.

Medical Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely medical records and care plans. Record vital signs, medication administration, and patient progress.

Communication & Coordination

Communicate with doctors, therapists, and other medical professionals. Update families on residents' health status and respond to concerns. Coordinate care with other staff, including caregivers and aides.

Emergency Response

Respond promptly to medical emergencies. Provide first aid or life-saving measures (e.g., CPR) as needed.

Supervision & Training

Oversee and support care staff in delivering safe and respectful care. Train or mentor new nurses and caregivers on care procedures.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all nursing practices comply with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Follow infection control protocols and manage medication safely.

Emotional Support

Build trusting relationships with residents. Offer emotional and psychological support, especially for those with dementia or chronic illness.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?53,650.00 per month
