Job Description

A Residential Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales by generating leads, meeting clients in person, and closing deals in a designated residential market. The role involves actively engaging with potential buyers, conducting site visits, and nurturing client relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead generation and prospecting:

Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking events, or following up on company-provided data.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Product presentations and demonstrations:

Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses, providing potential buyers with in-depth information about the property and residential community.

Market expertise:

Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide professional advice and consultancy to clients.

Negotiation and closing:

Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate contracts and pricing, and finalize sales deals to meet individual and team targets.

Sales reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Cross-departmental collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, legal, and other departments to ensure a seamless transaction process for the client.
Key skills and qualifications

Sales and negotiation:

Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills are essential.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to clients and build rapport.

Interpersonal skills:

The ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and build lasting relationships is critical.

Organizational and time management:

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle frequent travel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
