Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Work:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions. Inspect electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and building codes.

Plumbing Work:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and pipe damage. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure plumbing systems meet all safety regulations and local codes.

General Duties:

Conduct inspections of both electrical and plumbing systems to identify any issues or potential improvements. Provide recommendations for upgrades or repairs based on inspection findings. Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. Respond to emergency calls for electrical and plumbing repairs as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

Proven experience as both an Electrician and Plumber. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and drawings Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
