Job Description



We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Residential BU - Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. As a key member of our residential business unit, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with potential homebuyers in the local market, focusing on consumer durables, particularly air conditioning systems.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed residential AC sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Mysuru residential market Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and construction, to ensure seamless customer experiences Stay updated on local residential AC market trends and competitor activities Participate in local real estate events and networking opportunities to generate new leads Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our AC systems Assist in developing tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs and preferences


Qualifications



Proven track record in residential sales, preferably in the consumer durable industry with a focus on AC systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) In-depth knowledge of the Mysuru residential AC market and real estate trends Strong time management and organizational skills Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada preferred) Understanding of residential construction and HVAC systems Ability to analyze market data and customer preferences to inform sales strategies Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Mysuru region
