Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Residential BU - Sales professional to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. As a key member of our residential business unit, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with potential homebuyers in the local market.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for sales Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and construction, to ensure seamless customer experiences Stay updated on local AC market trends and competitor activities Participate in local real estate events and networking opportunities to generate new leads Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management


Qualifications



Proven track record in residential sales, preferably in the consumer durable industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) In-depth knowledge of the Ahmedabad consumer durable - AC market Strong time management and organizational skills Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Fluency in English and local languages.
