Technical guidance:

Provide technical support and guidance to junior architects and the design team.

Quality assurance:

Conduct quality checks on drawings and on-site execution to ensure alignment with the design intent.

Client management:

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals, though some roles may focus more on internal technical aspects.
Required skills and qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Experience:

Several years of experience in residential architectural design (e.g., 4-10 years, depending on the role).
